Ohio Election Results - as they happened.

The following pages were mirrored (copied) on Election Night 2004 and subsequent days, from the Ohio Secretary of State Election Results website at election.sos.state.oh.us/results. The page captured was the Presidential Race breakdown by county.

It is important to note that these captures are not screenshots, they are actual html files, complete with links and graphics. The links will take you to the current version of the linked page, regardless of the time of the original capture. To avoid confusion therefore it is recommended that you NOT click on the links once inside these pages - instead, use your BACK button to return to this index.

You will notice a number of captures marked "*** Reset". For some unexplained reason, the Ohio Secretary of State Election Results website had all of it's totals, at least for this race, reset to zero. Gradually additional results came in which were reflected in later readings, but for most counties, the results remained at zero, until they were eventually restored.

Underlines indicate a break from one date/time to the next.
